These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the indovacasia.com and the Customers. By booking a tour with the indovacasia.com, the Customer agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a deposit as specified by the tours payment policy. Indovacasia reserves the right to cancel any booking if full payment or deposit is not received by the specified deadline.
2. Cancellation Policy: The Customer may cancel their booking subject to the cancellation policy, which may vary depending on the tour package and timing. Any cancellations made after the specified deadline may result in forfeiture of the deposit or full payment.
3. Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the refund policy and may be subject to administrative fees or deductions.
4. Tour Itinerary: Indovacasia reserves the right to modify tour itineraries, schedules, or accommodations as necessary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, political instability, or other factors beyond the Indovacasia’s control.
5. Travel Documents and Insurance: It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that all travel documents, including passports, visas, and insurance, are valid and up-to-date for the duration of the tour. Indovacasia is not liable for any expenses or losses incurred due to the Customer’s failure to obtain appropriate travel documents or insurance.
6. Health and Safety: The Customer acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks associated with travel, including but not limited to accidents, illness, injury, and loss of property. The Customer is responsible for assessing their own health and fitness levels and for taking appropriate precautions, including obtaining necessary vaccinations or medications, before embarking on the tour.
7. Conduct: The Customer agrees to behave responsibly and respectfully towards fellow travelers, tour guides, and local communities visited during the tour. The Company reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the tour for any Customer who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior without any refund or compensation.
8. Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience sustained by the Customer during the tour, except where such loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience is directly attributable to the Company’s negligence or breach of contract.
9. Force Majeure: The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government restrictions.
10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates.
11. Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
