Travel Documents and Insurance: It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that all travel documents, including passports, visas, and insurance, are valid and up-to-date for the duration of the tour. Indovacasia is not liable for any expenses or losses incurred due to the Customer’s failure to obtain appropriate travel documents or insurance.
  6. Health and Safety: The Customer acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks associated with travel, including but not limited to accidents, illness, injury, and loss of property. The Customer is responsible for assessing their own health and fitness levels and for taking appropriate precautions, including obtaining necessary vaccinations or medications, before embarking on the tour.
  7. Conduct: The Customer agrees to behave responsibly and respectfully towards fellow travelers, tour guides, and local communities visited during the tour. The Company reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the tour for any Customer who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior without any refund or compensation.
  8. Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience sustained by the Customer during the tour, except where such loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience is directly attributable to the Company’s negligence or breach of contract.
